Election cycle for 2026 has concluded and the results are in. However, due to some last-minute resignations, there are 3 seats currently open on the board. Those seats are University Heights renter, Hillcrest renter, and Hillcrest homeowner.

Neighborhood representation
How the board is structured.
Each of the six neighborhoods has two seats elected by the residents of that neighborhood. One seat is for a property owner and the other for a renter. Local nonprofits and businesses serve the community at large. Six member seats, or one-third, are up for election each year for three-year terms.
